No LP loss with AFK on team

This is literally the most cancer stuff i deal with. Constant AFK players that ruin the game and cause me to lose a stupid amount of LP simply because half my games are 4v5. If there is an AFK player on a losing team that team should not lose any LP except for the AFK player. I feel it's absurd that one person can ruin the whole match and ill still lose 20 LP. I'm starting to just not play as much anymore simply because my climb is halted with AFK players in ranked. It's suppose to be a competitive playlist, but penalizing the players who remain in the game to 4v5 and still lose 95% of the time is off putting and just makes the game not fun or worth my time. I'm sure you guys will say just play normals right? nah bro i play ranked to try my best to win, but when i do manage to climb i run into AFK players and its just ruins any games i win by destroying my LP.

Can Riot consider not taking LP away from teams that surrender 4v5? the winners can get their LP just don't let the losing team who had a player down not lose LP. It honestly seems unfair that one dickhead can ruin a whole match that we spend 30 mins playing and ill still lose my LP that we play hard to earn.
