Ahri is better than Kass in every way but Kass has a 70% ban rate to her 3.71% ban rate.

How is she better? Kass' Q is point and click compared to Ahri's Q skill shot. Kass' W relies solely on an auto attack compared to Ahri's W half the time shooting at minions instead of the person you're trying to kill. Kass' E... Well.... Okay, I can't really give an argument to Kass' E being more reliable or better even than Ahri's Charm, but both are a skill shot, so both can miss.
And honestly, Kass' ult is just Ahri's ult but better? Stacking damage, consistent use, plus it's considered a blink instead of a dash I do believe.
Ahri is better early, Kassa wins late game. Ahri ult is better at lvl 6, Kassa ult is better from lvl 11, and at lvl 16 he just 1v5s. Ahri has to land skills hots to do anything, Kassa literally jumps on top of you and slams his dick on the keyboard, getting him a free triple kill.
