Championship chroma/borders rotated out for rest of event?

So I was not aware of the possibility of the skins rotating out for the Halloween ones to be put in place, and I was wondering if they plan on bringing back the championship ones as I only needed Kalista's border in this event, or did they plan on not putting it back in anytime soon or forever? If not feels bad man. [sg-janna]

Ps: I had bought the borders for the rest and was hella close to getting it for Kalista as well.
