use champion grade for the lp, like, for example on a win: d- +3 lp d +6 lp d+ +9 lp c- +12 lp c +15 lp c+ +18 lp b- +21 lp b +24 lp b+ +27 lp a- +30 lp a +33 lp a+ +36 lp s- +39 lp s +42 lp s+ +45 lp
on a lose :
d- -30 lp d -28 lp d+ -26 lp c- -24 lp c -22 lp c+ -20 lp b- -18 lp b -16 lp b+ -14 lp a- -12 lp a -10 lp a+ -8 lp s- -6 lp s -4 lp s+ -2 lp
I'm sure this would fix a lot of toxicity problems in ranked, as well as rendering game with afk player less frustrating and more fair if the players still did well. I don't really think this could lend to abuse since if you cs well, have a good kda you increase the odds of winning greatly. I suggested less lp lose than win since youre only 1/5 of your team and you can't control your teammates. You can criticize it but im pretty sure this would be for the best especially for people in bronze, silver and maybe gold since the skill gap here is so big and there is people that really have a reason for being low elo who are holding back players with good potential (people with bad connection, flamers, trolls, new and clueless players)
I've got an rough idea for the placements, at least the firsts : first game : gold 3 or silver 3 (thought about gold 3 since it's the perfect middle of ranked ladder)
a-s win: next game is 2 divisions higher b win: next game is 1 division higher c-d win : next game is same division
a-s lose : next game is same division b lose: next game is one division lower c-d: next game is 2 divisions lower
after 10 game you get your rank
just saying at b5 you dont pay for the loses, no tanking
