im level 51 and i have yet to play an actual pvp match that isn't aram. i've only ever played 5 games total on normal summoners rift. I want to get into normal blinds but i'm not good at anything, i can't cs the most i get at 10 mins is 50 or 60, i dont know when i should harass, dive, go all in ect. anyone know how to get over my fear of playing pvp in mobas?

Go into a custom game by yourself, play music so you dont get bored and practice farming cs with basic auto attacks and abilites (or both) on champions you like or champions you might play. What I used to do, a year ago, was I went into a quick custom match on Karthus with 58 base ad and learned how to last hit. Also keep in mind that in Norms Summoners rift, those players are in the same boat as you, youre not significantly worse than them and stay confident. Use that big d*** energy from practicing in private matches and dominate your lane opponent brotha

Honestly, I was the same way when I first started playing norms. The way I got over it was just by playing more norms, the more you play the anxiety will go away. You will get better at csing as time goes on (and really 50 - 60 cs at 10 minutes isn't that bad for someone who doesn't play pvp) and the other stuff you will get better at the more you play. Just play normal blinds and then move onto normal draft pick, and after that, if you want you can play ranked. I still get kind of nervous when playing ranked but this season I've been enjoying it and it's getting better. Basically, just keep playing and your anxiety will eventually go away. Hopefully, I could be of some help. [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
