Just a word of advice, don't play Ranked if your internet is shit.

Here's why you shouldn't:

• it wastes 10 peoples time... yours and everyone elses.
• Sure some players like games handed to them, but for the most part, people like to have a challenge... or else they'd be in bots.
• "I'm lagging" doesn't disqualify you from feeding and/or afk reports. Neither is "Heavy Weather", "I have satellite internet", or "My brother's on netflix." You are responsible for your actions and continuously having this behavior is absolutely punishable. You're basically setting the game up for a 4v6 when this occurs.
