Hecarim is balanced

no he's just abusive with conq and he didn't need the 10% damage buff on his Q

he is also easy to play for the most part.

He had too much trouble deleting champions at Mach 5 under their own tower with assassin-level burst.

Nah thats a small amount of mains, its not even half of vayne's.

I was playing hec before his q buff and I already thought he was good. Q buff makes him a lot more reliable, but it seems to be a little too much
