Easiest ways I've found have been 4 jinx 1 sona, 1 on hit jinx, 3 CDR ult spamming ones with Comet Arsenal. Or 5 yasuo.

I've won 4 games in a row with the sona jinx one. It's really easy if you have half decent players.
