Hacked Account

This is so silly my account got hacked causing me to retreat to my second account i went and sent a ticket to see if i could get it back then i was greeted by a message saying my account was banned so i was like oh ok i went and told riot about what happened they then sent me a bunch of questions about the account for me to possibly get it back after i answered the questions i logged out to wait for a answer then the next day i tried to log in again it then told me the combination of the username and password dont exist so i dont know whats happening.
