So pull another Elemental Lux and just make him different breeds of dog calling it a day?
Only if his slowing slime becomes a pee puddle and a VO going "bad dog!" Is played as he casts it.
No new voicelines, no new dance/taunt etc animations, attacks are still closely similar to classic Kogmaw.
