still don't understand, tf is that PBE login waiting time crap. I dare Riot make people wait for 24h in the live game.

PBE Servers are not made for 300k Players to login and play at the same time, Live servers are. Riot is not purposefully making people wait. the servers on the PBE can not hold that many people at once.
