Just saying, I really like these items. It makes items feel good specifically for utility supports and the best part is since the focus is on healing/shielding these items can't be abused by say mid laners and top laners you know, the usual things that get support items nerfed.
Also, I really think it could use a name. I think something like "Virtue" would be thematically appropriate.
The problem here is that Healing/Shielding supports right now are already pretty strong. Not just the ones who buy the items, but add onto it in their kits. Stuff like Lulu and Janna and Karma are already overbearing enough at protecting their ADC with 3+ shields at their disposal, adding more would only make it worse.
Not even taking into account Summoner Heal, Exhaust, other items like Knight's Vow and that Red/Blue Conduit item I can never remember cause I don't play support, we truly don't need more support items.
