Are we gonna get a new item to replace Ruby Sighstone for Item CDR?

Kinda sucks to go from 36 CD on a base 90 item to 54. Or 24 on a base 60 item to 36. or 48 on a base 120 to 72.

I mean, the CDs still get pretty low, but it's just not the same.

The removed support actives from this last patch were stated to be strong contenders as new items, which will most likely include CDR stats to replace the loss from sightstone. Riot also received a lot of feedback in the past that the support role had an excess of CDR in max build, which was complained to be inefficient.

I agree that getting item cooldown really low through the combination of items/runes offered a neat and fun build. And whats left left leaves little to really appreciate

RIP Ruby Sightstone...

I am going to miss my 65% item CDR builds. They were my favorite, and so short lived... I never felt happier than when I could see two of my zzrot portals on the map. That was the best day of my life in league. Then they got rid of it. My ZZ/Banner combos are pointless now, thanks Rito. You forced supports to go meta and stop being creative with their builds.
