Extremely Low LP Gains with Higher Than AVG MMR! Please Explain

I'm B4 with a B2 MMR at 1076 at this very moment. http://na.op.gg/summoner/userName=byuheng I know this is nothing but my understanding how this LP system works matters to me. I just don't understand why i'm recieving such low LP gains at 12/13. From what I'd researched, this low LP gain happens with low MMR. But in my case, I have higher than AVG MMR. I'm totally pooped here. It really blow to lose around 20 LP with a lost and gain so little. Could someone explain to me please? I would like a better understanding and improve my climbing. Thank you.

One thing to note also is that OP.GGs MMR system is only meant to give you an estimate of what it thinks your MMR is. It's not your real MMR.

You lose more than you gain because the system doesn't believe you belong in B2. Keep winning enough and it'll level out gains/losses.

The system feels like dogshit when it takes more than a couple games to do it, but it's not gonna go anywhere because Riot's gone and buried their heads in the sand with regards to matchmaking and ranked.

Hmm is it because with all of those losses i had before?? a 100 i would say. This might be the reason.
