Question about Event Passes

At the top of the missions tab, there is a colorful banner that tells you have many tokens you have in your Token Stash, and next to it, there is a button that says "Get Pass"

I'm assuming that if I have not gotten the pass yet, and I get it when I have, say, 400 tokens in my stash, will I receive all of the tokens in the stash when I purchase the pass, even though I obtained the tokens in the stash before purchase?
