I got an email saying you're in for the beta and cant access the game

So i received my invite by AFKing in Disguised Toasts stream last night, when i used the email linked to both my twitch and my riot account to login to the game, it said i dont have permission to play the game? Am i missing something here? Has this happened to anyone else? hoping this is a mistake cause i was really looking forward to playing this.
