Sounds like there could be something up with your installation. I'd try using the Hextech Repair Tool, or contacting Player Support for suggestions.
I'd also suggest toning down the aggression a bit -- there will always be the occasional issue with computer tech, and this one might not even be Riot's fault. Making angry posts about them and insulting them doesn't do any good, especially when there are so many resolution steps you can take on your own that might resolve the issue.
happened to me 3 days ago... thank god I didn't get the leaver buster. However, its probably your connection not the game itself, if it was the game, everyone would have been experiencing it.
Something I ALWAYS do before playing a ranked game if I haven't loaded into a game since opening the client/logging in is to create a training or custom game and make sure everything is in working order. Pretty fucking ridiculous. The current state of the client baffles me as to how THIS is the fucking POS we have to use as our only option. That's not to say anything about the game itself, mind you.
