It will open at 11 am in PT (Pacific Time), which is a different time zone than over here in EU.
Right now, it's 1 am in PT, so the Blue Essence Emporium should open in 10 hours after my comment here.

It says 19;00 BST. Which means it'll open in 10 hours.
