What’s the most logical way to spend RP?
Basically, I have $20 worth of RP and I honestly don’t know whether I should buy champions (including Neeko) or skins (Nightbringer Yasuo). Just wondering. Thanks in advance.

The most logical thing to do with RP is to not buy it
Don't buy it. Riot doesn't deserve any funding RN.
Always use money for skins. The more you play this game the more you will realize how few champions you actually need. I only have around 20 champs that I'll actively play at a time and none of them are champs I bought with RP when I was new. New champion hype is also not worth it imo. It's better to wait and see how they settle into the game so you don't spend your BE on something that turns out to fall in and out of favor very easily.
You cant buy skins with Blue Essence, you can buy champions though, and earn champion shards for free for getting champions at reduced prices. Dont' use RP on champions, just skins, for efficiency.
honestly buy the chests and orbs during special events. you get good skins, sometimes gemstones, and other helpful stuff. other than that, save your rp. there is hardly any skins that are worth buying unless they came out of the vault for an event. (i.e. Christmas line skins)
I wouldn't recommend buying champions just because you can earn them easily through gameplay. You're level 58 right now, so you can easily get 1-2 levels every few games and get a ton of blue essence OR you can use the champion shard from the capsule to buy discounted champions.
I'd say go for skins, but if you have the money feel free to do whatever you want!
Champions because the sooner you buy power in this game the easier it is.
Never spend rp on champions. It's not worth it. Want to get the most out of your rp? wait for early sales/ general sales. Don't spend rp on chromas since they become free during the be store (unless you want that one exclusive chroma that is tied to a bundle then you have to buy the bundle).
