So why did they straight up just remove hail of blades from jhin? they claim a bug made the bonus attack speed scale with your wep passive. THATS HOW ATTACK SPEED WORKS FOR HIM?? So now kindred can take hail of blades and gain massive dmg and jhin can take it and not even get the bonus? Just remove hail of blades if you cant handle attack speed in your game
Jhin was getting HoB's AS on his very first auto. It is supposed to work on the autos following your initial one. He was abusing a bug and now works with it like every other champion.

It is a bugfix because HoB Jhin was able to get the bonus' after his first attack, unlike with other champs where the first attack will only proc it. Now it is not 4 attacks with the HoB dmg buff, but instead it is only 3 after the first one procs it. Yes, I can understand your frustration but HoB Jhin was not fun to play against before when he would run away and AA to get a massive ms buff, now he is both more catchable and also is less oneshot since it does not proc on the first. This was a good change because of how powerful it was compared to every other adc except Fortune.
