I've been frequenting these boards since my first account. It's a hellhole. Just people yelling "Nerf this, nerf that!", whiny people who think they can design champs better, a moderation section that is just wall to wall denial of ones own toxicity, etc.
TL;DR: He's right.
Maybe if Riot didn't use the past 4 years going out of their way to avoid any and all negative critique no matter how constructive it was, we would have a larger portion of the player base willing to be reasonable.
