Gold 4, literally sat at checkpoint 1/3 of Honor 1 for 2.5 weeks and was binging games, literally getting 2-4 honors a game, rarely one honor...

Just NOW as of this moment logged in to get checkpoint level 2.

I have been changing the way I play the game and am kinder to players and such, but it is still a pain in the ass to play what feels like over 50-75 games getting honored for being a decent human, yet there is no progress to be seen.

It makes it hard that if you make mistakes and get honor reset, there is almost no light at the end of the tunnel :/

I get that it makes players better and makes them learn, but still. This hurts a lot and I was really hoping to get her this year. First year gold and I was a dick and paid the price for it. [sg-soraka]

I think you should be punished but not by losing all your honor. I went from honor 5 to honor 1 just for my first time ever being chat restricted, been playing for 3 years and never got any type of restriction till this season. I think you should lose 1-2 levels of honor but not the WHOLE dang thing. Like come on.. [slayer-jinx-unamused]

Having to be honor level 2 is stupid... as long as you're not actively restricted you should get it.

Maybe I would care about honor if I actually agreed with the majority of the rules surrounding player behavior.

If anything I wish I had the option to hide it on my profile page and make room for the things on there that I actually like or may consider important.

The honor system is busted... at the beginning of the year I got my first ever penalty,chat restriction and IM of the opinion that it still has an effect on my honor progress! Its meesed up

No clue how much you've been spamming League, but maybe still playing 2 matches a day will just barely get you there.

The honor checkpoints seem to be a bit unpredictable. One day I'll be getting checkpoints at a rate of about 1 every few weeks, then suddenly I hit the next one in 3 days.

Swap servers and swap back. Apparently it resets your honour (NOT THAT I'VE DONE THIS THOUGH)

(You'll have to re-play your promos though IIRC)

This honor system is garbage. You think you're stuck? I've "hit" the last checkpoint 4 times without moving up. It keeps giving me the notification for doing so (and yes, I'm closing it out so this isn't a simple reminder) and every time it shows up I get key fragments for a few days mentioning my 16+ honors a day yet somehow I moved at a pace of 1 checkpoint every two months after getting over my chat restriction half a year or so ago!!! There was a short time where I got moved up once per 1-2 weeks but 2 of them were this current situation of being the same checkpoint. I messaged riot about this 3 times but never got an answer.

I just had a really bad Ezreal game and got honored :/ i think its what you do in game
