PLEASE STOP FILLING PLAYERS SO EASILY!!!!!!!

Please riot. At least make an option. I would rather wait 5 minutes and get mid than wait 1 minute and get put as my secondary. This happens in over half of my normal games. It is ridiculous and It is making the game unfun for me. I queue up wanting to practice a specific champ and have to dodge because I want to practice that specific champ. Please at least make an option to prioritize wait times over being filled. Honestly, I would rather wait 10 minutes and get mid than filled at one minute in normal games. Dodging constantly is annoying. PLEASE FIX THIS. It was not a problem until a couple of months ago. You would never get your secondary role until after 2 minutes but I just got filled at exactly a 1-minute queue.
