PSA: you do not main a champion freshly released because you spammed them on PBE
That's like saying you played hockey once so you're a better Quarterback than Tom Brady, i.e it makes no fucking sense. The PBE is full of players who I'd legitimately label as less than human. People aren't trying to play the game correctly or within the specs of the meta, they're just testing new shit. Playing against elephant stool doesn't qualify you as a main, so please stop with the nonsense. The minute I see you hover that shit, I'm banning it and cussing you out.
Inevitably, someone will say "argh burt hurtdurdy wurt aburt thur eremernt orf surprirse .r" No shut up, that's ludicrous. Yes, they might get a cheesey kill or something because their opponent isn't sure what to expect but they will not know how to play that champion in the scope of actually team play like skirmishes, teamfights and objective battles because they won't know what their champion is capable of against component players who play the game correctly. That's also why they won't be able to utilize them to their full potential either because they'll be playing against people who actually know what they're doing for the first time. There's a reason most of these new releases end up with a sub 45% winrate in their first week minus outliers because people don't know how to maximize their potential.
