I hate when fountain dancers ruin a good game

I'm more perplexed that it's a term in this case. Is it becoming a popular issue? Never had this problem before.

I experience this probably once every 1 or 2 weeks. Although on bad weeks you'll see multiples. It sucks because they know if they outright quit they get the leaver buster. So now they sit and dance and move periodically so that doesn't happen.
