Riot doesn't care about their players or their community at all....

I won't be playing a game anymore that is made by a company that doesn't care enough about their players to even have humans deal with their issues. Blitzcrank bot just keeps sending me messages back on my appeal. They don't even have the decency to talk to me like human beings about the issue and see both sides. it's lazy. This is their one project, that's it, and they don't even care about the people who play this one project of theirs. What does that say about riot? It says that they are scum. I'm done with this game entirely. I put 7 years of my life into it and money and support trying to make sure people knew how great this game was. I'm ashamed of myself for giving riot so much money and praise for so long. They are just a company who cares about money and nothing else. Not their players, not their community, nothing. It's clear to me now that riot is corrupt and always will be. This game is burning to the ground and its riots fault for turning this community into what it is. They punish people who don't deserve it and people who actually break the summoners code run free in games and troll others and talk down to their team mates in a TEAM game. Because Riot is lazy and decided that a bot would be a good way to ban and allow players instead of a human who can understand context. The tribunal was a much better system. What is the ask for a human button even for riot on appeals? You just keep sending more automated messages... Why even put that button there unless you are going to actually have to decency to honour it. I don't know who you think you are to coerce people into spending way too much on cosmetics for years and years in this game only to take it away and make them start over for no reason, and then not even give them the time of day to talk to a human being from your support team and understand why. If you even have a support team other than blitzcrank bot. I'm done with this game, and all of my friends who play it are too. enjoy losing players consistently from here on out riot. Like I said your community is full of people who harass and berate each other and get away with it, while the people who simply try to defend themselves get punished. Corrupt system. Corrupt game. Corrupt company. The end. I'm done.
