can juggernauts get reworked to have more skill expression
like fix fucking darius mord illoai and other fucking stat checks besides i press e now i get to do damage :) very good designs

Literally none of the champions you mentioned work like that at all.
And how would you make them skill expressive while keeping them as Darius/Illaoi
