Can someone help me to choose a main/ position (a bit in a league crisis)

I have played league for more than 2 years In the first seasons i was a sup main and now an adc main. I have been sliver since season 7 but i would just count that season as a lucky season as I got silver 5 by winning 2 ranks out of 10 in the last weeks of the season. In season 8 i have got to silver 4 fell to silver 5 and not touched rank for the rest of that season. I have got bronze 4 and iron 1 in this season and climbed to silver 2 and silver 3. I have played with two premade friends which helped me climb. One was a Tham kench main on top and the other played mid and sometimes adc. I have played jg around them, mostly only played kayn (with 100k mastery points) and filled support from time to time for them. This is were it starts, both of my friends stopped playing with me for unkown reasons, you could say I got in a small fight with one of the brothers, but for a very stupid reason and he stopped talking to me and later the other one started to ignore me, even if i never had a fight with him. I have always had problems with choosing my role between adc and jg. I have started to play adc at the begining of this season but becasue my friends brother got a PC we started to play together in 3s. i changed back to jg becasue I felt that with them we could have dominance over the map, but becasue they stop playing with me, I feel like i can't play jg anymore becaue I got used to playing with them, them sometimes helped me in the jg. I wanted to start playing adc again but I play very passively and can't farm that well. I was also thinking to main a flexible champion such as Shen , Gragas , Sylas , Jayce , Vladimir , Heimer or Ekko . These champions can play 2 or more roles such as top, mid or even jg. The adcs i enjoy are lucian , jhin, draven , but i also like varus but i feel he is weak and ezreal is not bad but not sure if i would main him. I would like for someone to help me out in this situantion of what role should I play or what champion. P.S. i have another friend who plays top and jg but now he is playing only yummi sup.
