Yea as a plat jg main I can say that it really does suck, unless they're helping you push in to deny enemy xp then they should just leave lol.
If I get the kill I try not to take the cs, but if the wave needs to be pushed fast, oh well. I never really get the people who complain about me taking their cs. Usually I get the people who have no idea how wave management works bitching at me for pushing a wave that's slow pushing to the enemy side. It's like "bro I'm doing you a favor, stop the ping spam". Sigh........the life of a low elo jungler.
I'm taking that you are saying that if one person gets the kill, the other person should get the CS to spread the gold around the party.
I can see the reasoning in that.
