It seems like I cant upgrade my ultimate skin shard to permanent

I just got elementalist lux shard from a hextech chest and got really excited. But when I click on the skin, "unlock" button neither shows the amount of orange essence needed nor is clickable. Is it not possible to unlock ultimate skins shards?

Check your "skins" tab in collections. You should have the skin UNLOCKED already because riot recently changed it so that mystic/ultimate skins are unlocked for free if you got them through hextech.
