I wanted to ask when was the last time Legacy Vault was opened, and on what occasion?

They have been releasing related skins for events like reworked champions, holidays and eSports events for a while, it's been a long time since they opened the flood gates and poured everything back out.
Last time I remember a fully open Vault was like late 2014.
