Idea for champ

Has 1 pistol that he/she/it shoots for auto-attacks, but is a melee champ. The idea is that he/she/it prefers to be up close and personal, so he/she/it only shoots from point blank range. All shots are fired to the torso, except the execution ultimate (15% of total health or something) is a 2 shot (in rapid succession) head shot.
