We've buffed kaisa like she should have been on release, but we also made an ultimate skin for a new adc so nobody will play kaisa.

Graves, we decided to make graves tankier and stronger because we here at riot do not know what the fuck we are doing with him yet. Is he a tank? Is he an adc? why not both!!

We've buffed the ever living shit out of khazix and made the duskblade better all around. Well at least I can justify permabanning this champ now.

We've buffed rengar to try and make him on par with khazix which no assassin will ever dream of being.

We've givin shaco some damage even though you don't know how to play him.
