Guys, I have a question, but let me tell you my story about this first. It all started two months ago when i opened a chest and i got a ward skin, I said ok, happens. Two weeks later i got another key, excited i went and opened another chest, and sadly another ward skin, unlucky again I said. Another beautiful day, logged on, 3rd fragment key, another ward skin, this cant be right. Today i finished my key and hoped for something great, but guess what, another ward skin. I think Riot is trolling me, this cant be bad luck. Tell me what you think. [sg-lux-2]

It's a 11,5% chance to get a ward skin. So while unlucky, it's certainly possible to receive 4 of those in succession. However, you are guaranteed a skin shard at least every third chest, you must have received one in between.
