Tips for new player?
Just started playing today and so far I don't know most things in the game. Anyone got any tips? or information that could help?

I recommend watching a few how-to league of legend videos.
I highly recommend understanding last hitting, different attack animations each champions have different speed. I recommend keeping a cool head too. Understand that you can't win every game, and understand that just because the enemy team got first blood doesn't mean GG.
Learn how to ward/zone around the maps properly, how to freeze lanes, know when is a good time to take dragon and when to not, learn different types of dragons, learn how your main synergizes with other champions.
A lot of this will come naturally over time.
