Don't u think Sylas is someone who we actually wanted?

Finally a new champion that dont burst u in second. Imo he is really ok. It's not like his dmg is incredibly low. Thats all looks like that because other champions out dmg him so hard. #balanced Maybe just decrease his healing :D
