Since Kaisa is basically the full carry version of Kayle, and Kayle as-is will never see pro-play.
If Kayle gets picked it means she is fundamentally broken like old Aatrox

Kayle + Morgana are literally the next VGUs.
I disagree. Kayle is more of an AOE damage dealer whereas Kai'Sa is a single target burst assassin late game. She just moves from one target to another more slowly than Kayle who can AOE a whole group of people and nuke them all late game as long as she's allowed to auto attack. Kai'Sa unlike Kayle has a decent early game. Kayle's late game is much stronger because of this I believe.

Kayle and Morgana are being reworked together.
Kayle and Morgana will be done either at the end of this year or early next year. IDR if the new champ is coming out before them or not.
Kayle and Morgana will be seen early 2019.
