While these are actually buffs for good Zoe players, people will STILL complain about Zoe chunking damage.
I guess Riot saw too many bronzies upvoting clips of very fed Zoes one-shotting squishies on Reddit. Sad!

All I'm getting out of this is "build sheen and runic echoes" and rush people down with chilling smite+echoes+w+passive+sheen unavoidable damage.
I just dislike how only one of her skills can down me to 20% hp when my first item is 
This is a start but her Q needs to not proc her passive.
Do that and then her numbers can be raised once more.

Where did they get this nonsense.
Can somebody explain to me the math behind 45-165+0.4 -> 45-105+0.2 somehow = 20% less? The ratio has been cut by 50% at every level and the base damage has been cut by more than 20% as well.
She only has 2 problems: the size of her E and the fact that her Q is basically her entire kit. She's not OP or broken in any sense tho, just needs some yasuo-level post-release tweaking (spreading power throughout the kit, less cheesy + more skillful, etc).
Goodness. Zoe definitely has problems, but that is a crazy big nerf! I don't understand why people think she is so terrible. Is she annoying? Tots! Would I rather go against a brand, or a Veigar? Hell no!
