Heims Turrets

Am I the only one that feels that Heims little turrets are too OP? I mean it is doable and able to fight the guy in lane and win, but my point is that it takes so much to destroy one of those things, for just 5 gold. I get that its part of his kit, and the turrets are literally his bases of actively attacking, but in the same sense as Zyra or Illaoi. I get the same amount of gold for taking out their little tentacles and plants, but for less effort. Why wouldn't Heims turrets be any different?

Heims turrets aren't that tough, especially if you're able to keep his wave away so your minions focus them.

they've received so many nerfs already
