I seriously don't fucking understand why or who is allowing this to happen. I remember hearing a quote by someone at large stating something at the lines of "League is a game where you don't have to play it to design it". Yeah, and look at where we're at now compared to League's gold peak at season's 1-3 (where developers actually played the fucking game). Less than 5% of the fucking lead developers even play the fucking game, hell, Meddler hardly fucking plays anymore and you wonder why people are bitching? You were literally going to let someone rework Yi who hasn't played in 3 years and was a season 5 silver 4 player. Please for the fucking love of all that is holy, STOP LETTING PEOPLE WHO DON'T PLAY THE GAME DEVELOP IT.

Rioters aren't obligated to ever play on their Riot accounts
Rioters are permitted to have as many accounts as they want, as are all players, and many of them likely have accounts that aren't publicly known as Rioters.

I mean it’s preferable to letting those who play lots and don’t have understanding of game design develop it. You can make a good thing and not be the best at it. Maybe they would have more time to play if they weren’t so busy working on the game for everyone else. In one day of release a patch can be played more times then it was tested and there is no way around that either the current size of the player base and mistakes happen. If you’re that upset and nothing is changing nothing is keeping you here to play, so don’t, go outside for once maybe?

If you did even the slightest bit of research before coming on here to complain you'd know that multiple people within the riot team are diamond players. The lowest ranked riot employee on the ranked team is a gold 3 (RiotTimeWizard)
