Azir can attack under enemy turrets ?

I just probably found out that Azir can easily bully me under my own turret with his soldiers without a problem. Did Riot made any changes to Azir that I am not aware of ? As far as I remember, his soldier's couldn't land a single hit under enemy turret and there was the ! over their heads. This guy last game could land atleast 4-5 hits with his soldiers under my turret.
