Account hacked

i go to log in to my account after being at work all day to find that someone has been using my account without permission. I log in to find my name has been changed and my blue essence has gone from roughly 20k to 4k, i look at the purchase history and someone has spent money on a name change and 2 zed chromas, i have changed my password now but i am still finding games pop up randomly that i haven't played. is there any way i could get a refund for the purchases that were made (i have used all 3 of my refunds too).
