Is it just me that has 30 boxes and no keys ?

I don't really get it, but is it just me that has 30 extra boxes ? Is key drops a matter of luck or what ? Can't i exchange some boxes for keys ?

The Boxes/Keys thing seems to be a ratio of how many characters you play (more Boxes) vs. how many GAMES you play (more keys).

For a lot of people with small champion pools and a lot of game time, the key inundation is real. For others (like me, for example) who have exceptionally WIDE champion pools but not as much time for gaming as they used to have, the opposite problem exists, and I'm flooded with boxes I can't open.
