This is objectively a silly dispute and doesn't deserve ban no matter how u look at it. However there is a bigger issue at hand which brings to the real discussion

If you can can get banned for this 1 game when you haven't logged on in a year. You can get banned for anything and it's gone too far imo. riots bans everyone who says anything so they can drive some kind of agenda. No terms of service we're broken yet they deliver bans to just about anyone who's remotely critical. Even if you just respond with banter "which they advertise in their own tips". Here's some objective evidence. On their own website it says "We won't lift any bans, even if we're in the wrong" they put it on display for everyone to see. This means riot never makes mistakes and all bans are just? That's just a story they like to tell to rid themselves of blame. This is social engineering for the purpose of money. they get to act as if their omnipotent while removing anyone who they simply don't like. While advertising (which is profitable) that anyone can play under the terms of service and spend money on skins which they wont be able to be refunded EVEN IF riot decides their "toxic" which can literally mean whatever they want and the people simply aren't breaking the guidelines. I have friends who got banned for saying "O yea?" over and over to a group of 4 premade bullies.

these are the terms of service regards to suspension and termination

2.1.1. You. You may terminate or suspend your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. ( We'll reply with a poorly made bot saying it's your fault no matter what)

BY AGREEING TO THIS TERM OF SERVICE RIOT CAN BAN YOU BECAUSE... anything

We may make such determinations, among other ways, by using automated systems and machine learning tools. <----- (after we decided on literally anything to ban you for due to everything written above, we can also do it any shape or form)

2.1.3. The Tribunal®. (this is bullshit its another automated bot we wrote this for jokes and forgot to take it out because we're lazy no community was involved in this COMPANY decision)

2.2. What happens if my account is terminated? (No LoL for you.) If your account is terminated, you’ll no longer have access to it, including any of the associated data or content (e.g., champions, skins, Riot Points, etc.). You’ll not be entitled to any refunds and we’ll have no liability to you. We also reserve the right to terminate any other accounts you may have created, as well as your access to any other Riot Services (also without any refunds or liability to you). <---------------------- IMPORTANT NOTE THEY CAN TAKE UR MONEY REGARDLESS OF CONTEXT and they make it their LEGAL BIRTHRIGHT to your money. Basically Even if they openly admit it was their fault legally your moneys theirs. These internet developers have something else coming for them if the community pulls a law suit. Any basic law university student could tell you this is scam or even someone who's made a bad purchase on ebay really.

The point is, if your company has it's head so far up it's own rear that you have bots responding to support tickets?? Riot is trying to inflame players by using bots saying "almighty riot doesn't make mistakes" and delivering insta-bans to players who haven't touched the game for a year over chat logs like this and haven't remotely come even close to breaking TOS (side note: i guess it does break TOS if you read how it's really written, what it says is. Riot decides what speech is and isn't allowed so if they decide tomorrow saying "HELLO" is toxic anyone who's used the word hello past present or future can be banned) . Maybe the community should step up and call the developers out for using their money against its own people to me it just looks like they want to feed the rage more than help it with fake smiles and shitty bots because they know it makes them money & players. I'm hoping people see it for how it really is and give riot a hard time for all the players that have to deal with these type of injustice. To not mention that they ban people from forums that voice their opinion in literally GENERAL DISCUSSION they get REAL PEOPLE which THEY DON'T USE TO HELP YOU to come and close the thread and be like we don't want this discussion going any further. This feels like a regime made by none other than riot themselves. So that leave's the question.

Should riot be held responsible maybe even legally for writing down one things setting up a donation box and acting out another? Leave your thoughts below regardless of what my particular context is, I'm sure there's many stories like mine.
