Im not going to say what rank i got to with riven on my main account bc 1) it’s now irrelevant and 2) I havent played in 2 years.
I one tricked Riven for about 4000 games in top lane (occassionally Old Irelia when she got banned) back in season 4-6.
How is she now? I am silver 2 atm as I should be bc I am doing horribly lol.
What runes do you guys use with her? Has she been nerfed? I feel like her early game is a bit weaker.
Riven is out of the meta right now but not weak. I am also a Riven main if you want to see what I've been using.

I also played some matches on this account but it might not really be the best one to look at since I don't always full on try hard playing on this one. It has more champions and I like to try a lot of things on here because of that.
Riven is still...Riven.
She's still strong as hell in experienced hands and useless in inexperienced.
Her early game was nerfed a bit a while ago I think. Don't remember how or when, though.
Runes? I believe she either uses Conquerer or Electrocute as a keystone. No idea about other runes.
