Is it time to nerf Master Yi?

First of all, Master Yi's untargetable when using Q is broken. Along with his ult and cooldown reduction on his q every time he auto attacks, he's basically a no skill champ that isn't balanced. Some suggestions should be remove the cooldown reduction on his Q or the untargetable and remove the slow immunity on his ult.
