Matching 5 premades in norms with only other 5 premades is ridiculous

It is literally impossible for me to win in a 5 premade, because none of us will ever care enough to rotate and call out shit in norms. Meanwhile, the enemy 5 premade is doing exactly that, like they think they're in a fuckin scrim for their bronze 1 promos or some shit
