Got perm banned for using 3rd party software overnight

So, i've been playing league for about 5-6 years now. Yesterday the 29th of august i was playing a couple of normals.

Just now today the 30th of august my account was perm banned. I have the feeling that riot has this "no mercy" perm ban regulation and that because of this i might be screwed.

I have no idea what they mean by 3rd party software, the only thing that pops to mind is these ability dodging programs skillshot hitters (if that makes any sense).

Is there anyone that had the same or a mod that can help me?

For short: got perm banned for using 3rd party software overnight and i have no idea why..

3rd party program can be literally anything that was open while you were playing league of legends. Any program at all. literally any software.ANYTHING.

so, this could be some weird bugg that the anti-cheat bot detected or something?

i found out my account was hacked and used probably with hacks... in my match history i see games that i've never played.
