Why do people immediately give up 4v5s and want to surrender?
I was actually winning my lane 1v2 after my adc dcs and they all lose on their own in the remaining 3v3 and want to ff
actually frustrating

waste 15 min or waste 45 min ?
Cause losing one player, especially an essential one, makes the game immensely harder to win. I have won 4v5 with the lost player on both sides, but either way its rough for someone.
Winning 4v5 is statistically improbable. The chance of winning a 5v5 is generally about 50/50, give or take 5.
I have won a 3v5 before. Does that mean I want to play through every single 3v5? No. Does that mean that I might want to play through a 3v5 if I am Master Yi with 20 kills? Maybe.
Because you can potentially enjoy a 4v5, but 9 times out of 10 (it's actually more like 9.9 times for the record, but I'll leave room for error) it's going to be nothing but a migraine inducing nuisance. Not worth my time or energy.
Some people play to win, others play to improve, and others play because they enjoy the game. I'm not saying any of these ways of thinking are wrong, but it would be nice if the "win" focused players would play something else and stop denying me my fun.
A loss is only a loss if you learn nothing from it, and these players who want to move on to the next game immediately are definitely doing it wrong. It's an understandable strategy in ranked play, you're not there for the individual win but the average, but in a normal game it's unacceptable.
