My honest opinion on the Grevious wounds buff on Kled and Kat

Grevious wounds do not scale with the champion. The moment you get those skills with grevious wounds its 60% heal reduction right off the truck. Damage scale was not accounted for or the cc values from which the skills were used. An example is when Kat starts getting crazy she gets a big power boost not through damage but through healing reduction on any laner opposing her when she gets her ult, combined with presence of mind giving her 20% ultimate reduction she can easily wipe the team with her team's help. It is rather frustrating for me to deal with something this disastrous when the one facing Kat gets destroyed by her and even with jungle to help she can make it out alive with at least one kill under her belt. I would think the same would be for kled's too but his would be more manageable as its a skill shot rather than an Aoe. I want to suggest to make the grevious wounds scale with the rank of the skill in order to prevent a big difference in power early to late game.
